SARADA SIKSHA ABHYUDAYA PRAKALPA
(Integrated Child Development Project)
According to Swamiji, education is the manifestation of perfection already in man. In order to manifest that perfection, one needs to be developed physically, mentally and spiritually from very early stage in life. It is the economically backward people of our country who need external assistance to their overall development. Ramakrishna Mission Sarada Sevashrama, Joyrambati, have been providing this assistance to poor students between the age of 6 and 16 years from many years.
Under this project students are provided withFree Coaching, nutritious food, dresses, study materials, medical treatments and moral guidance. At present there are 50 coaching centers are being operated at Joyrambati and its surrounding villages. About 1600 students are currently studying here.
Previously this effort was being organized and managed by Pallimangal Unit of Ramakrishna Mission Sarada Sevashrama. To serve these to students better Ramakrishna Mission Sarada Sevashrama has brought these activities under a new project, “Sarada SikshaAbhyudayaPrakalpa” with a new managing office. This new office building was inaugurated in June, 2018.
